"SHERIFF'S SALE". By virtue of five executions to me directed from the Clerk's office of the Owen circuit court, I will sell at the Court House door in the town of Spencer, on the 10th day of March, 1849, between the hours of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p.m. the rents and profits for seven years in and to the following real estate, to-wit: the north east quarter of the north east quarter of section 22, in township 9 north of range 3 west. And on failure to realize the full amount demanded by said execution, together with damages and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to sale the fee-simple of said real estate; given up as the property of GEORGE DUNIGAN, at the suit of JORDEN A.
