Petition for Divorce  Sally Ann Elliot vs. William P. 
Elliot William P. Elliot, the defendant in the above 
titled action, a non-resident of the State of Indiana, 
will take notice of the filing and pendency of the 
petition of said Sally Ann Elliot, in the Morgan 
Circuit Court, against him, praying for divorce, and 
that he is required to appear in said Court, the next 
term thereof, in person or by counsel, and plead, 
answer or demur to the same; otherwise said cause 
will be heard and determined in his absence.
