FLETCHER WILL FOUND

 According to the Indianapolis Star of Thursday, a will made by the late Dr.
 Calvin I. Fletcher has just been found by Henry Severin, a brother of the
 doctor's first wife.  The will leaves his entire estate to his mother, the
 late Emily B. Fletcher.  The will makes his then father-in-law, Henry
 Severein, Sr., his administrator.  The finding of this will makes the case
 decidedly complicated in as much as the estate has already been settled, the
 doctor's widow, his second wife, taking all the estate, valued at about
 $100,000.



 The doctor's first wife died in 1895.  He then made a will in the same year
 in which he left the property to his mother.  She, however, died before her
 son, her death occurring November 27, 1910.  The doctor was killed by a fall
 while mountain climbing in the west in August 1913.



 No one knew of the existence of any will made by Dr. Fletcher.  The document
 had been among the papers of his father-in-law and was found by the latter's
 son, Henry Severin, and turned over to Judge Bash of the probate court.  The
 question raised by the existence of the will-in case it is proved before the
 court-will be whether Dr. Fletcher's brothers and sisters, as heirs of his
 mother, or Dr. Fletcher's widow, who was his second wife, will get the
 estate.  In the absence of a will, of course, the estate would all go to the
 widow.



 A coincidence in the case was that a few days ago the doctor's sister, Miss
 Emily Fletcher, filed a claim for some $6,000 against the estate as
 housekeeper for her brother between the time of his first wife's death and
 his second marriage.



 Dr. Calvin I. Fletcher was a son of the late Calvin A. Fletcher who formerly
 lived here.  He was well known in this county.
