 Geo. Secrest, who killed Dr. Stockman in an affray in Greencastle on 
Saturday (June 23), was adjudged by the coroner's jury guilty of
murder in the second degree.  We understand he was held to bail in five 
thousand dollars.  The remains of Dr. Stockman were
interred on Monday with Masonic solemnities.  The procession was one of 
the largest ever witnessed in Greencastle.
