"Notice" Is hereby given that the undersigned has this day taken out from the clerk of the Owen Probate court, letters of administration on the estate of JOHN BARNS, late of Owen county, deceased. All persons debted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment; and those having claims against the same, are requested to present them duly authenticated for settlement within one year from this date. The estate is probably solvent. ISAAC BARNS, Adm'r 22 Dec. 1848 "Notice" Is hereby given that the undersigned administrator of the estate of JOHN BARNS, deceased, will, at the late residence of said deceased, on the 18th day of January, 1849 sell at public auction, the personal property of said deceased, consisting of horses, hogs, cattle, sheep, farming utensils, and other articles too tedious to mention. A credit of twelve months will be given on all sums over three dollars, the purchasers giving notes with approved security, collectible without reference to the valuation or appraisement laws.
