Notice is hereby given that Jefferson Farr, administrator of the estate of James Merriwether, 
deceased, has filed his petition to sell the Real Estate of the decedent, his personal property 
being unsufficient to pay his debts; and that said petition will be heard at the next term of 
the Court of Common Pleas of said county.
