Administrator's Sale of Real Estate

Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an order of the Vigo County Common Pleas Court, 
the undersigned Administrator of the estate of Jesse I. Alexander, deceased, will receive bids 
until--
Wednesday, April 3d, 1872--

For the undivided two thirds of the following described real estate situated in Owen County, 
Indiana to-wit:

The northwest quarter of section thirty-six, township eleven, north range three west. Also, of 
an undivided one-half interest in lots number five and six, in block three, in the town of Gosport.
Bids will be received at my office in the city of Terre Haute, Indiana until said day for the 
whole or for quarters or halves of said lands and if not then sold. I will at 2 o'clock P.M. of 
said day on the promises, offer said lands as a whole or in lots as shall be disposed.


TERMS--
One fourth the price, cash. The residue in three equal installments, at six, twelve and eighteen 
months, purchaser giving notes at six per cent interest from date and waiving benefit of valuation 
laws with approved freehold security.
