"SHERIFF'S SALE". 

By virtue of an execution to me directed from the Clerk's office 
of the Owen circuit court, I will sell at the Court House door in the 
town of Spencer, on the 6th day of March, 1849, between the hours 
of 10 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p.m. the rents and profits for seven 
years in and to the following real estate, to-wit: The north east quarter 
of the north east quarter of section seven, in township nine, north of range 
three west, 40 acres, more or less. And on failure to realize the full amount 
demanded by said executions, together with damages and costs, I will at the 
same time and place expose to sale the fee-simple of said real estate; taken 
as the property of JOHN FOSTER at the suit of the State of Indiana.
