All persons indebted to the estate of THOMAS C. JOHNSON, deceased, for Clerk's fees in the 
Probate and Circuit court, and for Recorders fees; 
who do not pay the same, on or before the first day of August, 1849, may expect after that 
time, to have their claims put in the Sheriff's hands for 
collection.
