Will of King Freeman June 8th 1880 This is my wish and with that Henry Freeman is to have two hundred dollars out of my personal property and the balance of my personal property is to be equally divided between John Freeman and Henry Freeman, as my son William Freeman has already received his due portion, Except the household and kitchen furniture which I reserve for my wife Amy Freeman while she lives and is to be divided in three equal parts one part to Dovy Chrisenbery, one part to Amanda Townson, and one part to Mary Ann Herington and Jane Reed the heirs of Sharlotti Bawling (Boling?) and also my Will is that my wife Amy Freeman is to have the rents and property of my real estate while she lives and if that is not enough she is to use any money that may be on hand after the debts paid and then whatever is left my son John and Henry Freeman is to have as described above and also I want Dovy Crisenbury to have peaceble possession of the house she now lives in and one acre of growen with it while her mother lives, and I want John S Robertson to take three deeds and one note of four hundred dollars to hold untill after the death of Amy Freeman unless the said Amy Freeman needs a part of it for her support and also that John Freeman act as my Administrator.
