Notice is hereby given, that I will sell at public auction on Saturday the 25th day of 
July next at the town of Martinsville, Morgan County, all the personal estate of Charles 
NORTHERLAND, deceased, consisting of--
ONE TWO YEAR OLD COLT

A credit of six months will be given on all sums of $3 and over, the purchaser giving 
note with good security waiving relief from valuation and appraisment laws.
