"SHERIFF'S SALE". By virtue of an execution to me directed from the Clerk's office of the Owen circuit court, I will sell at the Court House door in the town of Spencer, on the 6th day of January, 1849, between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 4 o'clock p.m. the rents and profits for seven years in and to the following real estate, to-wit: the north east quarter of section 23, 120 acres and thirty four hundredths; and 29 acres in the north east quarter of section 22; all of the above named tracts of land being in township 9 north of range four, west. And on failure to realize the full amount demanded by said execution, together with damages and costs, I will at the same time and place expose to sale the fee-simple of said real estate; levied upon as the property of CHRISTOPHER OOLY, at the suit of NOAH ALLISON for the use and benefit of ISAAC WESTFALL.
