Sale of Real Estate
Morgan Gazette; September 24, 1857

Pursuant to an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Morgan County, Indiana made at its 
July term, 1857 I will sell at public sale on the premises on Saturday the 2nd of October 
next, the following real estate belonging to the minor heirs of Sarah Wellman, deceased, 
to wit:

Two thirds and divided of the south west quarter of the southeast quarter of section 22, 
town 13, north of range 1, west the whole tract containing 40 acres.

TERMS--
One half the purchase money in hand and the remainder in 12 months from the day of sale, 
the purchaser giving notes with good security, waiving valuation and apppraisement laws.
