AGED WOMAN DIES- MRS. MARY COFFEY

Mrs. Mary Coffey, 85 years old, widow of W. A. "Abe" Coffey, died Sunday morning at the home of her son, George, north of town, following a paralytic stroke recently. She was a daughter of the late Abner Franklin. Mr. Coffey died over 30 years ago. Mrs. Coffey is survived by two children, George and Mrs. Izora Woods, now living in Iowa. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 11 AM at the Baptist Church and interment was made in River Hill Cemetery south of town.

Mrs. Melena Coffey, mother of Asbury Coffey of Clay Township, died Friday night. Funeral services were held at Bethel Baptist Church Sunday conducted by Rev. Goss
